What are your minimums?
24 pieces for tees, hoodies and hats, 12 for embroidered polos, 50 for totes and 10 for welcome kits. Merch drops and company stores have no minimum per person.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) give the sharpest print. A high-resolution PNG works too. If all you have is a low-res logo, we redraw it at no charge.
Can I mix sizes and colors?
Yes. Sizes XS to 3XL are included; 4XL and up add $3 per piece. Mixing garment colors within one design is fine and counts toward the same quantity.
How does checkout work?
Orders under 100 pieces at standard turnaround can be paid by card through Stripe right on this site. Larger, rush or multi-item orders get a quote, a mockup and an invoice within one business day. A $250 deposit, credited to your order, holds your production slot.
Do you ship to individual people?
Yes. Welcome kits, company stores and our storage plan ship to individual addresses, in the US or internationally.
Can I return custom merch?
Custom-printed items can't be returned, which is why nothing prints until you approve a proof. Any misprint or defect reported within 7 days of delivery is reprinted free.
